First Pumpkin Patch

It's our little man's first visit to the pumpkin patch.  We visited the Underwood Family Farms and had so much fun.  Mommy & daddy had the biggest smiles as exhibited in one of the photos below and seems like Barnaby did enjoy the sea of pumpkins too.

Little Miss Audrey

My favorite thing about photographing toddlers is seeing joy through their eyes.  Watching them enjoy life’s simple pleasures - run around, climb things, eat blueberries - is a joy in itself and even more fun to capture.   LOVE this session with little miss adorable!

Meredith & Ben :: WEDDING

Meredith & Ben’s beautiful wedding was filled with Southern California sunshine and so much love. Set in lush greens of Descanso Gardens, Geller Events created an elegant, rustic celebration that was perfect for these lovebirds.

A French Fairy Tale :: Destination Wedding

A big white dress,  a chateau, and a horse- drawn carriage - ingredients for a fairy tale wedding.  Add France into the mix and you've got the perfect recipe!

This wedding was that and a little bit more.  Jam & Seb's week-long celebration included games, excursions, foie gras making, and of course, champagne.  Lots of it!

The village of Figeac was a stunning backdrop to this wedding.  Located in the Lot Valley of France, it is a "Town of Art & History".

The drive across the French countryside was very picturesque - quaint little villages, rolling hills and farm houses.  You can just imagine how many photo stops I had to take!

This wedding is every girl's fairy tale and I was very happy to document the beginning of this beautiful couple's happily ever after.

Girl's Best Friend

They've always been there us... that big job interview, that big date, even on that day when all you want to do is curl up on the couch with a pint of Ben & Jerry's! They help define our style and sometimes change our moods.  They never fail to lift us up when we need a boost, and always give us that extra sparkle on days we already shine.  That's a girl's best friend, and of course I'm talking about shoes! :)

LOVE all these pairs that my past brides have picked for their big day.  All different personalities but equally fabulous!

Baby Harrison

There's something so wonderful about photographing newborns... this one was extra special because I photographed his parents' engagement & wedding a few years ago.  Meet baby Harrison... and their dog, Roxy.

travel with ML :: South Sri Lanka

Heading South from the Cultural Triangle, we headed to Adam's Peak.  Visited by thousands & thousands of Buddhist pilgrims, the climb to the 7,359-foot peak took over 5000 steps (and a few days of paying for it!)

We then had a very exciting safari at Yala National Park through Leopard Safaris.  More detailed photo story to follow...  From there, we headed further south to the coast - ate, explored, surfed, and basked in the sunshine in the beaches of Tangalle, Mirissa, Weligama and Unawatuna.

En route back to Colombo, another must-see is the Galle Fort.  Another UNESCO world heritage site, this old town was founded by the Portuguese in the 16th century.

Like any other travel adventure, there's always so much to see.  I was very happy to experience and photograph these Sri Lankan sunrise, sunsets and sites...
